This position is told to train new hires who are are managers who make 2 and 3 times what this position does. Turnover is high due to no training from above and I worked there 5 years with no raise even though I have over 20 + years in the industry and 3 years college. They were paying me a mere $16 an hour the same as the new hires with no experience or college at all, and I know of one employee who never even graduated from high school; which this position requires.

Advice to Management

Have a training department, pay people what they are worth and don’t expect the people on the first rung of the corporate ladder to train higher paid positions. Don’t scapegoat lower positions.

Good working hours, decent starting pay plus up to 10% bonus every year but no company vehicle only paid mileage using your own personal vehicle
