I got an offer from accenture, I have received tghe warm welocome and prepare for day 1 email and my application in workday portal has moved to l inactive tab with offer accepted Is that normal? Can I say BGV is completed in that case? Is there any chance of offer revokation? My joining date is 40 days away
I joined Accenture in March. I am working as a loaned resource in a project. After joining, it is support project and work pressure is very high. I asked for roll off from the project to the Project PMO. He is not agreeing to release me. My DU agreed to that project to use me as a loaned resource until this year end. Can anyone advise.
Absolutely, if everyone is getting same performance then why should only Top performers work?
Hikes depend on a lot of factors besides performance, like current fixed against market comparators. If too low then they try doing market correction + those who didn't get a hike since longer time will get preference over ones who got in last cycle etc. those performing at the same level may also see differences because of these factors.
I'm sure you know the ground well. Whoever wants to leave is already leaving or has left already because of this. If you think you deserve better, talk to your people's lead, venting here isn't going to help anyway.
