Need some advice I am working in Accenture with 16.1 LPA with 8 years of experience, now got an offer with 22.5 LPA from Infosys. Is it worth to join infosys from Accenture?

    Its fine just that keep in mind that hikes and bonuses are similar or less in every company. There will be Mandatory wfo for 12 days (1 day per week in Accenture).
