Great healthcare coverage at a reasonable cost. The dental and vision benefits are covered mostly by iCapital. Additionally, there are several other benefits for things like telehealth that are also decent. Overall, a solid benefits package.

Company pays 100% of vision and dental premiums for you and your dependents. There's a good 401k match of 4%.

PTO is “unlimited,” but as with most every place that’s a gimmick… reality is it’s capped at 4 weeks. That’s a combination of both vacation and sick time; it’s not differentiated.
The 401k match is alright. Not bad, not great, just low end of average at 3%. At least they added a mega-backdoor Roth option this year?
Healthcare isn’t terrible, but below average for the industry.
WFH is offered only one day a week, strictly on Fridays, and that’s still at management discretion. Unless you’re besties with leadership, as those things go.
Cash bonuses on the low end of what I’d expect. Those are also getting slashed going forward to pump up EBITDA.
Benefits outside that pretty standard and mid.
