Supportive culture with open communication and minor drawbacks

Been with the company for 2 months, very happy with the company so far. Very open door policy, which is very nice having come from Big Banking which was very different. Sat down with COO within my first 2 weeks. Everyone is very friendly, my team is great.

Cons

Very few negatives at this point: 4 days in office, limited 401k options

Pros

Great conditions for employees. Office is great, good location, free breakfast and snacks, free lunch on 2 days of the week. Good working environment, hybrid work model (2 days per week working at home). Average salary above the market. Despite being new at iCapital it's the best employer I had so far.

Cons

The only downside is that we will pass to a 4 days/week in the office and the location will change to a less inconvenient one for me. But overall it's not a big problem.
