Zendesk is officially one of APAC’s Best Employers for 2025! We’re proud to be ranked No. 29 on the annual list from the Financial Times and Statista, which is based entirely on independent and anonymous feedback from more than 50,000 employees across the Asia-Pacific region. The survey, conducted over the past two years, asked employees how likely they were to recommend their employer, as well as their agreement with statements about work-life balance, support, and overall workplace experience. The results were combined into a score that determined the top 500 companies in the region. Because this recognition comes directly from employee voices across APAC — not company nominations or submissions — it feels especially meaningful. Social Impact Week at Zendesk was global, local, and impactful. Across 13 offices and 3 virtual events, hundreds of volunteers partnered with 18 nonprofits — packing meals, mentoring students, supporting families, and more. The projects looked different in every city, but the message was the same: When we lead with empathy, our impact multiplies.
