Work at Togetherwork doesn't stay neatly inside job descriptions, especially when things are changing or growing. It's one of the things we focused on during Day 2 of our recent Sales Kickoff event. You'll see engineers rolling up their sleeves to help unblock work during transitions, HR and Ops quietly building systems that make everyone’s day easier, and leaders spending time connecting teams and products instead of guarding territory. None of this is treated like a big heroic moment; it's just how work moves forward here. People share context and take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. They help where help is needed, even when it's not technically their lane. That is what our motto, "Own It. Together." looks like in practice. If you're worried about silos, finger pointing, or getting stuck in the middle of someone else’s mess, this is the opposite of that. The work is shared, the responsibility is shared, and the progress is real.
Togetherwork has moved its headquarters to Austin. The new South Congress office will serve as a collaboration hub for teams across the company, while hybrid and remote work remain central to how we operate. “This is my dream come true as a CEO,” says Brent Warrington. “I think there’s no better city for talent, people, energy and everything that I want to bring to my company.” We currently have more than 700 employees globally and are already operating in the new space. Over the next two years, we plan to hire approximately 250 people locally. The move was recently covered by the Austin American-Statesman.
These photos show culture in motion. Team members. Community partners. Press. All in the same space. Talking. Listening. Celebrating the work and the people behind it. This is how we show up. Open. Connected. Purpose-driven. This is what owning it together looks like at Togetherwork.
We're adding 50-100 people in Austin over the next year, all working on software that powers 70,000 purpose-led organizations: associations, nonprofits, faith communities, and camps. Austin is growing and becoming one of the most competitive tech hubs in the country. That's exactly why we're here. If you want work that matters in a city with momentum, take a look at what we're building.
Our HR team in Austin at a recent offsite. These are people who care deeply about connection, belonging, and creating a workplace where people actually want to be. Won't you join us?
