Traditions are important in companies just as they are in families. We in Softjourn have a lot of them, but let me start with a very special one - National Random Act of Kindness Day, which is observed on February 17. Softjourn is a friendly team of enthusiastic, caring and socially responsible people. That is why we try to never miss a chance and help those in need; whether it’s the Ukrainian Army, patients with cancer or our local non-profit organization “Dim Sirka”. To help us do that, we have established a company charity fund. For the Ivano-Frankivsk office employees it has already become a good tradition to organize charity trips to The Geriatric Boarding House. Our main mission and the greatest reward is to see the happy faces of the residents and the staff of the boarding house. Our Polish colleagues also made a big contribution by donating to WOSP, a well- known Polish Charity organization. They also prepared a couple of cards with motivational quotes and passed them to the people on the streets, left some on people’s cars and put inside books in the bookstore.
