Our teams have found meaningful ways to give back around the world globe showing Europe-Africa : 🎄 Colleagues in the UK partnered with Age Connects Cardiff & The Vale, creating festive gift bags for senior citizens who may be isolated or struggling during the holidays. Our Promise Tree turned generosity into decorations! 🎁 Sapiens also joined the Szlachetna Paczka initiative in Poland, supporting a mother and her two children during a challenging time. ✋ Gatis Kaleinis, VP and Head of IPELS, joined the nationwide Dod Pieci! (“High Five”) charity campaign in Latvia to help children with neurological movement disorders access vital rehabilitation. 🍰 Our traditional Cake Day donations funded celebrations in Lithuania for elderly residents in a local care home, creating moments of joy and connection. “Volunteer Day” is an opportunity for our teams to give back and grow together. Our colleagues in China donated supplies to a local food bank and spent the day there, learning firsthand about its operations and the communities it supports. They enjoyed blending service with education, reminding all of us how small efforts can make a big difference. After 20 years of leadership, Roni Al-Dor is stepping down as CEO at the end of the year. His impact on Sapiens is immeasurable, and we’re grateful for the journey he led. Mike E. has been appointed Executive Chairman and will also serve as interim CEO while we search for our next permanent CEO. In our ongoing journey to make a positive impact, Sapiens India has been actively engaged in initiatives that enhance healthcare and empower communities as part of our CSR efforts. One of our recent collaborations was with IAHV, where we donated essential medical equipment to the Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research, Bangalore Friends (SSCASRH). These contributions are set to make a significant difference, particularly in women's healthcare, underscoring our commitment to promoting health and well-being. ✨ We have also been conducting awareness programs in government schools across Karnataka, reaching over 2000+ young girls, with a goal to impact 5000 young girls. Through these programs, the girls learn about menstrual hygiene, nutrition, yoga, pain management, and breaking social taboos. We're incredibly proud to help these girls gain the knowledge and confidence they need to thrive. We are passionate about making a tangible difference.
