TeamRLD was at the PM2 Conference We’re especially proud that Maja Petreska, our Product Specialist, was one of the speakers presenting on a highly relevant topic in today’s product world: “You don’t have one user: Designing products where value depends on both sides.” 🎤 Her session focused on what it really takes to build products to succeed from understanding complex user journeys and success metrics, to designing experiences that create value for all parties involved. Maja explains, "Platform products, especially in healthcare, are incredibly complex behind the scenes — coordinating multiple systems, organizations, and people in real time. That’s why we don’t see hospitals, staffing providers, and clinicians simply as users of our platform, but as partners in a connected ecosystem where their success is our success. Our responsibility is to make the complexity invisible, so they can seamlessly coordinate and stay focused on what matters most: delivering reliable patient care."
