After celebrating 50 years, Masters Gallery Foods continues building on the legacy started in 1974 by Leonard “Butch” Gentine, Jr. What began as a small cheese brokerage in Plymouth, Wisconsin, has grown into one of the nation’s largest cheese suppliers, with expanded, state-of-the-art facilities in Plymouth and Oostburg totaling more than 300,000 square feet each and employing over 1,300 people.
