Teams were tasked with solving specific business problems through innovative AI solutions. Out of 10 teams, three winners were chosen based on their impactful contributions. The event highlighted the boundless potential of AI tackling complex business issues, fostering both cutting-edge solutions and collaborative creativity.
Forming connections with fellow team members across our business is key to building an unbeatable company culture and enhancing the employee experience. Each quarter Lessen teammates gather together for our “Coffee with Coworkers” employee-networking program. This program offers a great opportunity to connect with one another and form meaningful relationships. Team members that sign-up are randomly paired with a colleague from a different department, level, and/or location that they can coordinate to meet (either in-person or virtually) and bond over a cup of their favorite drink.

The Lessen team is excited to announce that we will be moving from our current Chicago location in Prudential Plaza to a new and improved Loop office space in early 2025. We could not be more pleased with the new space: 203 N. LaSalle, located in the central loop business district of Chicago. The new location reaffirms our commitment to Chicago and our Chicago team and is close to the technology corridor. The new space will foster collaboration, includes an array of amenities, and is centrally located near public transportation options. It will allow better overall utilization of the workspace, allowing us to support our existing Chicago-based team with room to grow.
Lessen Lending Hands is our corporate volunteer program geared towards providing our employees with the opportunity to give back to their community and volunteer their time to help those in need. Since launching this initiative, team members across the organization have come together to make meaningful contributions to non-profit organizations throughout the community! In this photo, our employees are at Lincoln Park Community Center, which offers career services, guidance counseling, and housing for the homeless. They went to a grocery store together and purchased food to prepare three meals for them to eat during the week.
