Throughout June, Invesco's Proud Network (IPN) hosted a robust lineup of events to celebrate Pride Month. Employees participated in everything from panel discussions to an allyship workshop, and the month was capped off with "Colors of Pride," a mural painting celebration. "Colors of Pride" took place across our North American and EMEA offices, where employees expressed their creativity and helped contribute to a lasting legacy of diversity and inclusion through art. Thank you to IPN for creating a month filled with thoughtful programming. #LifeatInvesco
We were thrilled to welcome high school students from across Georgia to Invesco’s global headquarters in Atlanta as part of 21st Century Leaders' Summer Youth Leadership Institute! The visit aligns with our broader efforts to engage and support youth education and leadership development. During their visit, students toured our offices and trading floor, connected with senior leaders over lunch and participated in a panel discussion featuring some of our early career employees, who shared valuable insights from their professional experiences. The program’s executive sponsor Jeff Kupor delivered opening remarks, with additional comments from Alan Smith and Gwen Smith highlighting the importance of leadership, purpose and career development. The agenda also included presentations led by Invesco colleagues, offering students insight into our business and the range of career opportunities available across the investment industry. 21st Century Leaders is a Georgia-based nonprofit that equips high school students statewide with the skills, exposure and support needed to succeed in college and beyond. Invesco is proud to partner with organizations such as this that expand opportunities and help shape the next generation of leaders.
We just wrapped up Invesco's 2025 Global Investors' Forum Equity Summit in Houston, where our active equity investment professionals gathered for two days of open discussions on critical topics shaping the dynamic investment landscape. The meeting leveraged the internal expertise within Invesco's equities teams along with external experts for discussions that spanned artificial intelligence, geopolitics, energy markets, opportunities in alternatives and many more sector and geographical topics, all aimed at building networks and connections to integrate diverse perspectives to enhance outcomes for our investors and clients.
Our 2025 interns have arrived! 🎉 This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming 67 talented interns across 11 North America offices. Over the next 10 weeks, our interns will immerse themselves in hands-on experiences in their chosen business function, working across investments, marketing, technology, real estate, and more. They will also engage in a variety of initiatives designed to foster development and gain a deeper understanding of Invesco and our clients.

It’s #WorldBeeDay! Invesco offices are proud to take action to protect biodiversity and the pollinators that play a critical role in our environment. Working with local partners, we sponsor hives at many of our offices around the world, including in Piedmont Park near our global headquarters in Atlanta and on the grounds of our Henley-on-Thames office. In addition to helping maintain the apiary in Atlanta, our employees are able to purchase honey from the hives, with proceeds benefiting local charities. #LifeAtInvesco
Invesco India has selected its first cohort of 2025 to the Young Leadership Program. Congratulations - we can’t wait to see all you accomplish! #LifeatInvesco
In honor of our dear friend and colleague Mark Giuliano's legacy of selfless service, we're proud to partner with the American Heart Association [tag] and local organizations to provide CPR training kits across metro Atlanta. These kits are vital tools that empower individuals to save lives and extend care where it's needed most. Heart health is a universal concern, and increasing CPR training is one of the most effective ways to make a difference. At Invesco, we believe in leaving our communities stronger than we found them, and we're proud to contribute to AHA's mission. A special thank you to our Atlanta colleagues for participating in the onsite CPR demonstrations. Together, we are building a healthier, more resilient future. #LifeatInvesco
