A new chapter for our Birmingham team 🏢 We’re pleased to share that our Birmingham office has officially moved into a new space, designed to provide a modern, efficient and wellbeing‑focused working environment. 📍Our new address is: 10 Livery Street Birmingham B3 2NU Sustainability and smart design have been key considerations throughout. The fit‑out reuses materials wherever possible and incorporates natural elements across the space, aligning with our commitment to creating healthier and more sustainable workplaces. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Birmingham, with excellent transport links and a wide range of shops, cafés, restaurants and gyms close by. This marks an exciting new chapter and supports the continued growth of our team and services across the region. We're looking forward to welcoming colleagues and clients into the space.
National Apprenticeship Week is here, and we’re kicking things off by celebrating our people at the heart of it! 👷♀️ This week, we’re shining a light on the power of apprenticeships and the opportunities they create, for individuals, for businesses, and for the future of our industry. Our Head of Learning & Culture, Louise Woolfenden FCIPD, FLPI was back at Wallacespace this week to kick off phase two our new Talent Accelerator programmes - Next Gen. A big thank you to our partners at Ivy House London - Zelah Senior and Marcus Stone - for an excellent start. Our group of 14 talented colleagues built on their psychometric insights with an in depth session on self leadership, marking the beginning of an 18-month journey designed to equip participants to manage teams and lead authentically, wherever their careers take them. We’re also connecting the dots across our Talent Accelerator programmes: each Next Gen participant will be paired with a mentor from our more experienced Future Leaders cohort, providing both groups with the opportunity to strengthen networks and build a single community of high potential future leaders across the business. We’re proud to back your development and invest in your careers, and we look forward to seeing another round of superstars progress through our business.
