We are incredibly proud our Flow Traders Foundation is actively involved in great causes making a difference. Recently, a group of colleagues from our Amsterdam office volunteered at an initiative called Havensdiners, which provides refugees with a warm welcome and an introduction to Amsterdam residents, our volunteers setup games for children attending, captured some moments with the children at a photo booth and arranged a meal for the group.
Flow Traders was founded in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and we are proud of our heritage. Across our regions we connect with local representatives and mark King’s Day a national Dutch holiday. This year, our colleagues in our APAC region were honored to sponsor “Dutch Days 2023” organized by the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Shanghai. Huian Zhu, CFA, our Representative in China joined the King’s Day reception and celebrated the day with the Dutch community and our Chinese partners and friends. Last year, Flow Traders announced its plans to expand into mainland China and we believe our presence will positively contribute to the sustainable developments of the broader ecosystem. Across all our locations we marked this national holiday with orange themed activities for our colleagues.
We are delighted to welcome Karen Frank, Paul Hilgers and Delfin Rueda Arroyo to the Flow Traders Board as Independent Non-Executive Directors, following their elections at our AGM yesterday. Our Chairman of the Board, Rudolf Ferscha was also re-elected.
