Earlier this week our Engagement team had a fantastic time participating in McGaheysville Elementary School's STEM Day! Kara and Danielle represented Dynamic Aviation and brought the wonder of flight to life for students through Aviation Jeopardy and a hands-on balsa wood airplane activity. The students explored the principles of aerodynamics, learned how aircraft stay in the sky, and put their creativity to the test by building and flying their very own planes! We’re proud to support STEM education and inspire the next generation of innovators and aviators. If you enjoy tackling structural challenges and delivering top-quality work, we’d love to hear from you! 👨🔧 Responsibilities include: • Performing major airframe repairs and modifications 4 days per week • Fabricating and assembling aircraft components • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals • Working with a wide range of materials (aluminum alloys, titanium, stainless steel, etc.) • Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment 📖 Qualifications: • A&P license and relevant trade school or military training in aircraft structures (preferred) • 3+ years of aircraft maintenance and modification experience • Knowledge of sheet metal principles, tools, and techniques • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights of 40+ feet.
