Graham, RN For Graham, nursing wasn’t always part of the plan — until it became the best decision he ever made. Halfway through college, Graham discovered nursing and stepped into a profession that would not only shape his career, but help him find his place. Nearly three years into his journey as a nurse at Cone Health, he’s found something he didn’t expect: a community where he truly belongs. Caring for critically ill patients — and walking alongside their families as recovery unfolds — is where Graham finds purpose. Those moments, when patients improve and families witness healing, are deeply meaningful. And just as impactful is the recognition he feels every day — from patients who value his care, and teammates who value him. At Cone Health, Graham says the culture is built on respect, teamwork and trust. Everyone shows up for one another. Everyone matters. What began as a leap of faith turned into one of the most rewarding experiences of his life — because here, Graham isn’t just part of a team. He’s supported. He’s valued. And he knows Cone Health is with him, every step of the way.
