Recently we brought our Go To Market (GTM) function together at the iconic BAFTA venue in the heart of London to reflect on the first half of the financial year and look ahead to what’s next — and the energy in the room was undeniable. 🚀 It was a chance to celebrate the momentum we’ve built, recognise the people behind it, and challenge ourselves to keep raising the bar. A big theme throughout the day was the shift from selling products to delivering real solutions—focusing on capabilities, composability, and what truly matters to our customers. Most importantly, the day was a reminder that our success is built by our people. Taking the time to pause, reflect, and celebrate together is what fuels the next phase of growth. Huge thank you to everyone involved in making it happen—and to our incredible team for the passion, ideas, and momentum you bring every day. Onwards to the next six months. 👏
🌟 Empowering Our People: New Benefits for Civicans in India! Following on from this month's International Women’s Day, inspired by the theme “Give to Gain,” we’re proud to invest in changes that give more flexibility, support and security to our people—because when we give to our colleagues, we all gain as a community. 💼 1. Flexible Working We’re launching a new flexible working policy that allows part‑time work for the very first time in India—setting a new benchmark in our industry. Employees with 12+ months of service can request options such as: ✔ Reduced hours ✔ Fewer working days ✔ Split or staggered shifts ✔ Flexible working times ✔ Hybrid or home‑working 👶 2. Children Education Fund Originally introduced during Covid-19, we’re proud to bring this important support back as a permanent benefit. In the unfortunate event of the death of an employee or their partner, Civica will contribute to continued education costs—up to INR 100,000 per child per year, for up to two children. This marks a significant step forward in transforming medication management at West London NHS Trust, enhancing safety and efficiency for over 800,000 patients they serve. Civica Prescribing is a game-changer for patient safety. By replacing paper medication charts with a digital solution, we’re reducing risks and ensuring patients receive the right medication at the right time, every time. 🌟 Challenge Accepted – Again! 🌟 On 6th September 2024, an incredible team of 8 from Civica's UK Local Government conquered the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, trekking 24 miles across Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough. Their efforts raised an amazing £2,212 for CANCER RESEARCH!💪💙 Inspired by this success, we’re stepping up once more! On 18th January 2025, a team of 20 Civica colleagues will take on the PSC London Bridges Walk – a 25km journey through London’s heart, crossing 16 iconic bridges, from Putney to Tower Bridge. 🌉 Together, we can make a difference and support Cancer Research and British Heart Foundation 🚶♂️✨
