As we wrap up the holiday season, we are proud to share that our associates and residents donated the equivalent of 122,000 meals to individuals and families in need during Rise by Bozzuto’s Cans for Change initiative. By volunteering at local food banks, joining hunger walks and collecting thousands of non-perishable food items, we have made a lasting difference in the lives of others. On this global day of generosity, we are inspired by this tremendous impact and look forward to more ways to give back to our communities.
November is National Scholarship Month. Each year, we partner with Scholarship America to administer The Bozzuto Journey Scholarship Program, which runs from May through June. Here at Bozzuto, we believe in supporting our associates and their families in their educational pursuits. We are proud to provide this benefit to our employees as a way to foster the next generation of leaders.

Bozzuto Construction Company’s annual fishing trip is a celebration of connection, teamwork and tradition. Associates came together to honor one another’s achievements through awards, a skills challenge and a classic crab feast. What began with Tom Bozzuto’s love of fishing has grown into a cherished company tradition that continues to bring us together year after year.
At Bozzuto, our employees’ wellbeing is a top priority. Earlier this month, we hosted a Wellness Fair at our corporate office, bringing together fun, education and community. The event featured our Employee Resource Groups, Q&A sessions about benefits, axe throwing and even a smoothie bike (yes, employees could pedal their way to a freshly blended smoothie). It was a great opportunity for our team to step away from their screens, unwind, and explore the many ways Bozzuto supports their health and wellness, both inside and outside of the workplace.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our Women@Bozzuto employee resource group attended “Walk With Us” events to show support and raise awareness. From Florida to Boston and even all the way to California, Bozzuto employees came together to walk in solidarity, raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research. We’re proud to support causes that matter and empower our teams to make a meaningful impact in their communities.
Happy National Child Health Day! At Bozzuto, we prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and their families, including the little ones. Our employee resource group, PACT (Parents and Caretakers), is dedicated to supporting families across all generations. RISE Bozzuto Backpack Drive: As students head back to school, we're proud to share that Rise by Bozzuto hosted its 4th annual Backpack School Supply Drive with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Thanks to our amazing associates, clients and residents, we collected nearly 3,000 backpacks filled with essential supplies. This initiative has helped prepare thousands of students for the year ahead, while strengthening our connection to the communities we serve. At Bozzuto, giving back is more than a moment, it’s part of who we are.
As summer winds down, we’re filled with gratitude for the incredible 2025 interns who joined us over the past 10 weeks. From day one, they brought curiosity, drive and a collaborative spirit that made a lasting mark on Bozzuto. They dove into projects with purpose, delivered thoughtful and engaging final presentations and gave back through meaningful community service events. Along the way, they've added their unique energy to our culture and reminded us of the power of fresh perspectives.
