From GLH ➡️ to Barnsley Our apprentices got to take a trip to Barnsley to see how our warehouse team bring the hottest product to our customers and where the magic happens 🪄 One of our apprentices said "It made me think how much of an impact my apprenticeship can have on the events here and what my team can do to make things more efficient."
Meet Raphie 👋 She set her eyes on becoming a CC Team Leader and now her career has taken her to new heights 🚀 She's been with us for seven (!) years and she's achieved a lot in that time 👀 "I started in the business as a Customer Care Advisor and my goal was always that I wanted to be a CC Team Leader. I actually initially interviewed for the role, but was offered the position of Advisor which of course I snapped up as this would enable me to gain the knowledge/experience I needed. From there I progressed into an Onboarding Coach for new Advisors into the business and then onto my goal of CC Team Leader. Once I'd achieved this I was looking for my next opportunity and this lead me to progress into a Digital Care Lead and now more recently into my role as Digital Care Manager. " And finding inspo in what you want to do in your career can come in the most unlikely ways too 👀 "I was first introduced into this line of work by volunteering alongside my Manager on a project. It opened my eyes to so much more in the world of Digital and enabled me to learn on the job as a secondment. I learnt all about how the use of digital capabilities can enhance the customer experience through optimisation, natural language understanding and working in AGILE sprints and this is where I found a love for it."

To recognise the importance and celebrate deaf identity, we have 20 ASOSers going through a 6-week British Sign Language course. Our aim is to make ASOS a more inclusive place for those who are deaf or hard of hearing. Whether that’s ASOSers coming in and delivering the best for our customers, or models coming in to shoot product ❤️ Thank you to Marios Costi and the interpreters at Able Sign for helping us on our journey ❤️
