No current reports for Software Developer Trainee salaries in Hong Kong

I’m interviewing for a role at Omnicom, I’d love to hear the honest pros and cons of the company for if I get an offer. TY!

If you had the option leave your firm for better work and a small 1k salary increase would you take it? I am not confident either way in the promotions but I think that it could be a toss up. Would this lead you to pick the devil you know or search for greener pastures? I am thinking of leaving.

I started working at a school board office. Mind you, I’m at the very top department. This role requires years of experience, a bachelor’s degree,etc. but by the Grace of God, made it here with roughly 3 years of experience, 25 years of age, and an associate’s degree. Anyways, I make a really decent salary considering I’ve spent years being under paid. My question is: would I be going backward to pursue a teaching career or would it make more sense because they pay teachers more?
