Clinical Data Manager salaries in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Hi Everyone, I'm trying to break into the clinical research field and I'm specifically looking for a CRA role or something of the like, but I am finding it extremely difficult to enter without prior experience. I have BSc Biology and MSc Neuroscience degrees, one year experience as a research assistant, and an online ICH-GCP certification Any suggestions for how I could get seen by employers or things I should be applying for? I would really welcome any advice or chats, thank you!

I just accepted a job as a RN Clinical Informatics/Educator role at a small hospital and I am starting to worry because this is my first non-clinical job, nothing to do with patients at all. The salary is almost 100,000 and I am thinking what if it’s too good to be true, the amount of work must be extremely stressful for such high pay. Anyone have advice or experience in being a clinical informatics/educator? What can I expect? Is it something that is easy to be trained in more or less?
