What jobs do you think have the best work life balance? I used to work in healthcare and it was so bad. I felt like my job controlled my whole life. I now work as a daycare teacher and it is so much more relaxed and flexible!

Moms, how the hell do I make the transition back to work from mat leave less terrible?? I go back to work in three weeks, our nanny starts next week and I’m just in shambles crying daily about it.

For those of you who are married to another lawyer (or other similarly demanding job) and have kids, how do you balance the job and family? Did you hire a nanny? If so, how many hours per week? Did the hours change as your children got older and started school? Did you or your partner transition to jobs with better WLB to have more time for family? If you could go back, would you have done anything different?

I've been unemployed for more than 6 months. Although I make decent money as being a retail supervisor with being full-time nannu but I'm really want to be back to retail. I've recorded interview with Target as TL. Do you've any advice to get hired? I work at "blue" company last time and really want to joing with the "red" this time. Please advice as I'm an awkward person to do some sort of interview as my anxiety will take control of my brain and I'd stop functioning. Please help
