Is it unrealistic to expect quality applicants for a tax senior role in industry with a $70-90k range? Fully remote in industry with a pretty good work life balance.

Im an undergrad student graduating this semester. I have an offer with a mid sized firm the compensation is really good for a tax associate position starting in jan 2027. One of the big 4 offered me an interview that I accepted before receiving my tax offer. this interview is for an audit position. it says audit and assurance - business process controls summer/fall 2026 full time. should I interview with Deloitte, and if they are offering the position for only the summer and fall should I do it

Junior tax associate at a v10. Is it possible to lateral to a general corp role in-house in a few years time (I.e, as a 3rd year)? And ideally does my tax experience have to be diversified vs one particular area of tax? Thank you in advance!

Tax senior manager in M&A. I have been told I’m on track for partner in a few years but I don’t think I want it. I am starting to explore exit opportunities, but don’t know what people with my background do after leaving m&a at an accounting firm.
