Assistente Legale Paralegale salaries in Hong Kong

Hello! I’m a former federal law clerk (district and COA) currently working in big law in the DC/NoVA area. I’m looking to transition to a boutique firm where there is more high impact litigation (trial or appellate- although I prefer appellate). My current firm promised white collar and federal litigation and in-court experience when I interviewed but never delivered. I’m interested in Clement & Murphy or similar. What are the billables & pay? How does one get their foot in the door?

I recently got admitted to the bar and am working at a firm, but know I won't last long becuase 1) I am not good at litigation, 2) its not the industry I want to be. I am looking to move into transaction/in-house environment, but its turning out to be very difficult. I have background for about a year in inhouse law clerk roles and most of the law school coursework is oriented toward my goal, but even an entry level position is seems impossible.

I qualified as Barrister and solicitor in Nigeria in May, 2007. Obtained a master in property law in 2016. Came over to England to commence a doctoral research in International Arbitration and oil and gas law at University of hull. But I suspended it for lack of funds, hoping to continue later. From 2010, I have experience in conveyancing law, property law, legal drafting, compliance, real estate development law and project financing. What do I do to secure employment as paralegal officer?
