      Pros

      Great tech, cool toys, exciting space. Pioneering interfaces for holographic computing. Amazing vision for 6 degree of freedom computing. Cutting edge immersive stereoscopic 3D.

      Cons

      No understanding of the 3D industry. No consideration for professional users. Married to Unity 3D, which is stupid for CAD applications. No desire to turn the technology into anything useful and more than a gimmicky show piece.

      Pros

      Really cool technology with excellent potential. The desktop 3D approach is unique to the industry.

      Cons

      Lots of churn. People get their options and get out, if they aren't fired first. Feels like the point is to sell the company and cash out, not make a great system. Not many women, even more so than other tech companies. There's a reason for that. Ick.

      Pros

      Folks on the floor (not upper management) are great to work with. Tech is great, has a lot of potential!

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Lots of favoritism. Terrible salaries, if you are looking for opportunity here don't expect to get paid market value. No room to grow.
