Poor company management, Startup mentality, pathetic hr policies, A new guy comes in the top occasionally and tries to force something without even realising what exactly is happening in the process or floor and how an agent is struggling with outdated policy and changes directed from the top members

Good Intentions, Poor Execution

Cons

There is a strong focus on appearances and presentations rather than solving real, day-to-day problems. Basic facilities are often neglected — for example, a coffee machine was introduced while the drinking water facility remains broken frequently. New tools, such as project management systems, are rolled out without proper training; sessions are limited to high-level presentations with no practical guidance. Senior leadership, including HR, India operations, and design leadership, feels outdated and disconnected from current industry standards. Responses to Glassdoor reviews often appear generic and scripted rather than addressing the actual issues raised. Internal communication channels do not feel safe or effective for raising concerns, leading to hesitation in openly sharing feedback.
