      Fun mellow office and really cool industry

      Pros

      Very team oriented. Everyone knows what we are trying to accomplish and stays focused. It's nice having co-workers who are on the same page as you are. We aren't micro managed either which is nice.

      Cons

      Every customer has a different situation so you have to learn how to handle a lot of different scenarios. But at least there are good resources to learn from.
