Pros

Part of an international company provides exposure to global best practices, diverse teams and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in different countries. A supportive and professional working environment where employees are encouraged to grow and contribute. There is a strong focus on teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement. Leadership is approachable and employees are trusted with responsibility, creating a positive environment to develop both professionally and personally. I would highly recommend stow Group to anyone looking for a dynamic, international organisation that values it's people and offers meaningful opportunities for growth.

Cons

I have no cons to report. A very enjoyable working environment.

Pros

Possibility of hybrid work: office and at home, though only for some employees. People get along well with each other. Some managers are understanding regarding work and private life balance.

Cons

Some times poorly defined instructions at the beginning of more complex projects lead to additional rework and loss of efficiency.

Pros

Pay is good. Remote work is available. Very diverse team.

Cons

Lack of management experience or autonomy from HQ to make decisions. Lacks accountability. Culture is one of blaming and finger pointing, rather than problem solving. Lack of financial and project management transparency. Little support from headquarters in product, financial, or leadership support. Corporate leaders have been known to insult, put-down, and yell. Little-to-no upward mobility opportunities. Women only receive a 10-business-day maternity leave.
