Pros

The longer you stay here, the more damage it does to your career. It is better to protect yourself by never joining in the first place.

Cons

- The company culture is deeply draining, leaving employees exhausted with no real hope for change. - Workloads are crushing, with constant stress that everyone silently endures because nothing improves. - Leadership is seen as cruel and indifferent, with a pattern of endless tasks that never stop piling up. - Work life balance is nonexistent and compensation is insulting, leading to constant disappointment and burnout.

Pros

Only goof if you cannot find another job.

Cons

At first it just seems busy, then you realize being stressed all the time is basically normal here. Workload is extreme but pay never matches your effort, and your personal time somehow stops being your own. You can put in extra hours, cover for other people, do everything asked of you, and still feel invisible. Managers say all the right things in meetings, but behind the scenes it is a completely different story. People quit and somehow the same problems keep coming back.

Pros

Everyone here is friendly and supportive.

Cons

Employees at rrb Communications are constantly buried under overwhelming workloads imposed by those in charge. There is clear disregard for how exhausted staff already are, as more and more tasks continue to be piled on without pause. The working hours are brutal and unsustainable, frequently pushing employees into complete burnout.
