Top-down communication was a constant issue. Often times information that would have been useful to the team was withheld in order to save face.

There is a lot of variety in terms of work, including several household names. The office space is good and the culture is modern. The team are, without exception, great to work with.
Cons
As with many agencies of this size, changes in client demand make flow of work hard to predict, although to some extent this is part of the charm of the role.
