Nothing. Will offer you job on the spot. Very desperate.

Salary below market rate. Employs Dependent Pass holders saying that don't need to pay them CPF or Levy to MOM. Corrupted,all HR rules against MOM. Rude and unprofessional environment. If do not comply to work overtime,threatened to be terminated.

The rate score tells you everything. It is unprofessional IT company. rude and unprofessional management style. no training, no one brief you anything, but they require you to work as experienced staff and to make immediate contributions once you join . many people left in half a year since they join, then you can tell how worse it is.
