      Some pros, many cons

      Pros

      Many team members, especially learning facilitators, are genuinely great at what they do and wonderful to work with, they have real ability to make an impact. The COO is also a standout and holds the pieces of the org together.

      Cons

      This org is hurting badly for real leadership. Passion is there, but strategy, vision and execution are not which holds the entire team back.

      Nice facility, generous pto, that is it.

      Cons

      Remove all affiliates of Morgridge Family Foundation. Allowing billionaires to use this as a tax credit is disgusting.
