Pros

- Progression if you're good and show initiative - SOME staff were nice & supportive

Cons

- Minimal support & training - Sexist environment, 100% boys club that allows some employees to have atrocious views and speak openly about them without reprimand - Poor pay for London and tries to cover this with minimal commission - High stress, high demand - Long working hours & often expects you to take calls outside of work to gain business - Creates competitive environment between offices and tension between staff members, causes resentment & arguments which senior management do nothing to sort - No benefits

- some people were nice to work with.

Cons

- unrealistic expectations and goals - would over value properties to win instructions and then would blame agents for not be able to sell. - would constantly compare themselves to Foxtons and say they were the better agents and then ended up selling the business to Foxtons.
