      Pros

      Kargotech is a small company, there is no restriction during the work. During work period at kargotech am became a self learner and self motivated. No one will assist anything about the alloted work, need to finish it with our own efforts this improved my technical skills as well as confidence in work.

      Cons

      Basic cons with kargotech is salary, because of small industry there is a problem with salary issues.
