- flexibility - I am working on multiple products, which helps me not to get bored - everyone I interacted with was very nice and open-minded, shared feedback, and answered questions - we can invest in the company - we have 2-3 teambuilding/year when we meet and spend some time together - everyone is looking to grow as much as possible and they are always looking for better ideas and better ways to do it - they are looking to grow the company and have a clear idea of what they will do in the next 1-3 years

- nothing to complain about for now, I really enjoy my time here
