Since this company is at its early stages of being a unicorn company, you will be able to be involved in a lot of global activities. Most of the departments offers hybrid working environment
Cons
It would be good if the company could provide bonus or increase the amount of benefits.
Pros
-Full-time work -Hybrid work -Nice working environment (if you are only focused on the salary over career development) -Less strict rules e.g not allowed to bring phone to the desk or having lunch on the work desk. Those can be compromised.
Cons
-No wellness benefit for employee especially for agents that dealing heavy, super stressful and unfair workloads -MY SPVs tend to work over favoritism rather than agent's work quality. For example, an agent can take day off or change the shift since SPV and the TL are bestie outside work. -KPI solemnly based on number (score) while there are some agents cheated to get highest score and bonus. I know someone who still works there, always get the highest score but turned out using a fake account. What a nasty person and yet TL seems unbothered.
Pros
Working in quality assurance for a customer support team has been incredibly rewarding. Our company truly values its employees – from competitive pay and performance bonuses to flexible remote work options that help maintain a healthy work-life balance. The health insurance package is comprehensive, covering everything from dental care to mental health support, which shows how much they care about our wellbeing. One of the best perks is the investment in our growth. They provide access to top-tier training platforms like Coursera and internal mentorship programs to help us develop skills in customer experience, data analysis, and leadership. The office culture is collaborative and supportive, with regular team-building activities and recognition for outstanding work. Little touches like gym membership reimbursements, generous vacation time, and even small birthday surprises make you feel appreciated. It's rare to find a role that offers both professional development and such genuine care for employees. After years in different companies, I can confidently say this is the healthiest, most rewarding work environment I've experienced.
Cons
"QA analysis teaches valuable skills, but excessive controls become draining. Between constant call monitoring, strict response time targets, and layered audits, it sometimes feels more about metrics than helping customers. The role needs balance - quality matters, but trust and flexibility matter too for long-term team health.
