      Pros

      Highly flexible, as long as you are not disappointing the clients, you are free to walk in, walk out, or work from home, all as per your wish but this highly depends on projects too. But I personally feel this is a value driven company against many policy driven IT giants and its indeed a good thing for people looking forward to join iOSys.

      Nothing as such. As long as you are doing your work, you will get recognized..

      Less salary more work, no proper hikes, removes employees without notice. No growth for employees
