      Pros

      foundU understands the value of people and do well to look out for their staff's best interests. Encourages learning on the job and provides a safe environment to try new things without fear of failure. Flexible working conditions. Focuses more on the delivery of work than hours worked. Some good benefits available.

      Cons

      Some aspects of the job might feel daunting for people who prefer to be prescribed solutions or not used to applying independent thinking to their own work.

      Pros

      Great culture, nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Company does not have proper process to develop and deliver software, there are hardly any senior developer to mentor or lead other developers. Tech leads in the company are severely under qualified for their job.

      Pros

      Passionate and friendly team, relaxed culture, but very hard working, productive and fast moving team. The product has come along way and is heavily based on customer feedback. It is a very customer-centric team and product which contributes to it's continued success and growth. Staff have the power to be creative, be heard, and take risks which enables everyone to learn and grow. You will feel valued working here. There are also some fun perks like monday bbq breakfasts, awkward cake, friday bbq lunches and a popcorn machine! Excellent place to work - highly recommended!
