Fun environment, useful product, there are 1 or 2 people here that are genuinely great.

Cons

below-industry-average compensation, management will lie to get what they want, some of the managers are literally a joke with no real business sense or even a degree.

Young and vibrant team with a great product to sell that actually solves a problem.

Cons

Sucks to be part of the team. No benefits. Lacks leadership. Things are all around the place. People keep walking in and walking out. Scrambling with what needs to be done. Pricing and discounts forever keep changing.
