      Pros

      Pretty much everyone that works here is top of their game. Everyone is very knowledgeable when it comes to digital marketing so you cant help from absorbing some of that. There's a really good culture and nice outlook for the future.

      Cons

      I haven't seen anything of concern.

      Pros

      Great culture and environment to work for. 100% support for anything you might need to make you successful. Listens to employees and their suggestions and truly cares for each and every one of them.

      Cons

      Becoming large quickly and this sometimes slows down simple processes, but all in all, I would HIGHLY recommend anyone considering employment at excelerate Digital.

      Pros

      There are many products/solutions available to work with with the backing of a large company. The start up culture provides flexibility and little oversight into your day to day.

      Cons

      Little leadership/direction...the leadership team is made of people who are great at their particular skill set, but terrible at managing people and providing opportunities for growth - not a place to build a career. Do not expect to be given all the information needed to do your job correctly or efficiently. There are many corporate reorganizations and the start up culture keeps you up late working.
