      Pros

      If you cant find other work, this is a perfect last case scenario. Would not recommend to a friend, but absolutely would to an enemy.

      Cons

      Working under the "top" people has to be the worst working experience one can have. A racial barrier exists, and will be recognized on day one.

      Everyone works hard and with pride for the company. Upper management listens and takes concerns into account. Whenever you need help, someone is always there to assist.

      I cannot think of any cons for this company.

      ethosIQ is a professional growing company full of opportunities. Unique and the company has a great atmosphere with awesome employees. Being part of the ethosIQ team has been an incredible experience, I learn something new everyday. You can see each employee grow with the company by taking their role to their full potential. The individuals at ethos have skills and knowledge that are used on a daily routine.
