Great "Cult"ure

Pros

I have to put five words.

Cons

*The culture at engage2learn is great—if you fit the mold they’ve created. In reality, it’s more of a cult mindset, where the cultural tenets aren’t just values but a tool to measure how dedicated employees are to the "mission." *When DEI grew in popularity, they scrambled to position themselves as experts, despite lacking real knowledge or action in that space. *Rather than standing for something, they constantly reinvent themselves to chase education dollars, calling it "innovation" when it’s really just an ongoing identity crisis. It’s embarrassing to watch. *And let’s be real—outside of Texas education circles, does anyone even know who Shannon is? Doubt it. But that doesn’t matter because she thrives on hero worship. If you don’t bow down, you might as well bow out.

Toxic

Pros

Honestly I can’t think of any after they fired most of their skilled staff. Most people still employed have never worked in an actual business and it shows

Cons

Leadership prides themselves on their toxic practices and calls it their culture, makes anyone who calls out the toxicity feel like they just don’t “get” the culture. Toxic culture is bleeding into bad business and the company is hemorrhaging money (CEO and leadership is open about how much money the business is losing but will not accept blame as to why). After continuously changing what they are selling, even the product isn’t something that has a leg to stand on in a competitive market with much better software and services available.

Pros

Remote work, coaching teachers, support from colleagues at same level

Cons

Upper management is not friendly or helpful. Favoritism amongst upper managers with favored coaches. Support is not authentic or genuine.
