- If no one respects you, you don't have to give respect either. - You can become self proclaimed manager to show authority even though you don't have any. - HR is very supportive, listens to every one and will tell your story to the whole office. Specially to a particular manager. - You will learn politics, right after that you can join any party. I personally prefer BJP. - If you know how to build repo, and become the best right hand. you will receive add on perquisites, like extra WFH that allowed, can take off anytime and tell your juniors to do the work. - You will grow exponential because you will be asked to complete 4 days work in 1 day, so your efficiency to do work will increase. - It's very easy to enter in the company, and extremely hard to exit. They won't let you go because they love you so much, they will not give you service letter, will blackmail you in good sense that if we get to know that you are joining another company we will sue you. your own personal development and choices don't matter, because they think you are their kids (Shhhh or may be a slave ;P) - If two employees are talking together, the manager will jump in and say, I need the work in 15 min, if they say will give in 15 min the manager will sit with you only so that She/He will also get to know what they are talking about. Have you seen such exclusivity any where else? - If you are thinking to join here and you are a male, change your gender, because the company loves diversity and females receives extra benefits, extra offs without questioning. - Oh yes I forgot this one also, if they don't want to let you go, they will blackmail you that they will blacklist you (are you serious?) and this being said when I just wanted to leave the company, which every employee has full right to take such informed decision.
