- The location, while great for restaurants and shops nearby, was awful for traffic and parking. - My manager was overbearing and nit-picked everything I did. - Every task I completed was redone by my manager, destroying my confidence and passion. - Small, insignificant changes were demanded, leading to unnecessary time-wasting. - Despite my experience in managing social media, I wasn't trusted with even the simplest posts. - My manager sat next to me every day, amplifying my feeling of being untrusted. Even while working from home, I was frequently called about every little task. - Contradictory feedback was common, making it impossible to succeed. For instance, I was asked to send progress updates but was then criticized for working too quickly, or my work was praised over email but criticized in person.

Pay isn't great (around minimum wage when I left). Calls (jobs) can be dumped on you with little or no notice. I was once 'told off' for not completing a call I didn't know I was due to do!!! Not enough time allocated to complete calls - which leaves you with the quandary : abandon the call at the end of your allocated time, call central office to plead for more time....or work extra time for no pay!! Don't expect promotion! Little training. Could use more support from central office!
