Although my time with eironclad was short due to family obligations, this was a welcoming change to say the least. There are great benefit packages, consistent work and friendly staff. There are also a ton of new innovating technologies being implemented in an always changing computer environment, they give you the tools and resources to be the best you can be - still while maintaining a limited access for credentials. You have to earn your stripes to obtain them. This is after all territory of confidentiality. Also legit 9-5 business with room for overtime. you don’t waste an hour of your own time smack in the middle of the day for lunch. You have breaks in between so don’t worry :)

I've been on board for a year now. It's been an amazing opportunity to learn new things. My resumes probably got an entire new column of skills from my time here so far. The office culture is definitely different than most small offices and I've never had a dull day. It's a fast pace environment and if you thrive in that kind of environment, this is the company for you. Oh and there's always snacks and Shin Ramen.
