Not a good place to work unless you're ok with 60-80hr weeks being the norm. They'll tell you that a fairly regular work week is what is expected and then after you join you'll see other people working 100 hr weeks and you're expected to keep up. People that choose to work 100 hrs / week will message you at all hours because they seem to work 24/7. I can understand why they have trouble retaining people. I felt like they weren't honest during the interview process.
