      Pros

      You can surf the internet all day long You tube, Amazon, Facebook, etc. free lunch on Mondays. Highlight of the day is seeing upper managements dog stroll through the office. Searching for new job

      Cons

      Upper management doesnt care about their teams, supervisors do not get along with their teams. High turnover rate and they let go people all the time. Depts. do not get a long, always blaming fault on each other. Pay stinks Leadership only care about certain people he hired. They brake their promises all the time. Ruin peoples lives.

      management lies to everyone! they are all a joke. they treat new hires great and treat the ppl that worked there already like garbage. most of the newer hires leave within a couple months, as soon as they see the truth. never give raises, EVER. cant take certain days off, its an unwritten rule.. wish i could give negative 5 stars!!!

      In desperate need of leadership

      Pros

      Casual dress, On Mondays Efaucets buys lunch for all of its employees. The company has the potential to earn a profit.

      Cons

      Many managers are sub par. They ask for advice from employees and then ignore the advice. Certain employees that need to be micromanaged are not being micromanaged, therefore they watch Youtube videos all day instead of helping customers. Promotions are almost non existent. The company has been on a "pay freeze" for the past 2+ years which means no raises regardless of how well you perform your role.
