Changes in administration team have caused a rapid decline in culture. A lot of turnover in last 2 years, turning into a transactional company and all about get the money now and worry about customer service later.

- no onboarding process at all - disorganized - no leadership, no direction - don’t know what they are doing - terrible place to work
