Pros

The only positive of working there is meeting some nice people who can relate to you because everyone hates their life working for Corri.

Cons

This place is so despicable on so many levels. I would never would say this about anyone but Corri is a terrible human being. She is completely unprofessional, self centered, narcissistic and the phoniest person you will ever meet. She only cares about herself and keeping up her materialistic image. She doesn't even know the names of half of the staff or acknowledge that we even exist. If you want to feel appreciated this is the last place you will want to work. Corri will never reward you for all your hard work nor will she promote you because she's extremely cheap. Upper management and Corri will mislead you into thinking you have the opportunity to grow which is so far from the truth. Do not waste your time at this god awful place, everyone who works for Corri is miserable which is why everyone quits on a weekly basis. The company is totally going under and I would never recommend anyone to work there. The list goes on but I think you get it. Biggest mistake ever!!

Dear anonymous reviewer, We are very saddened to hear you are so unhappy at your job. At the same time, your criticism of your workplace is so limited to your feelings about Corri that it is difficult to decipher what our management team could do to improve your work experience. If you are, indeed, a current employee, you know that a few of the perks offered to eDrop-Off associates are: weekly happy hour, monthly catered staff lunches, off-site parties with food, drink, and gift bags provided, etc. All of this and more is provided by Corri, who bases these provisions on feedback submitted directly from the entire staff, which is solicited monthly by the General Manager. The messages submitted by the staff contain feedback which is overwhelmingly positive, helpful suggestions for improvement, and insightful reflections on personal and departmental goal progress. It is unfortunate that your feelings of discontent have never been communicated through this or any other process, which would have allowed us to help quell them before they reached the level of intensity expressed in your review. All members of eDrop-Off management have been promoted from within. Your review entry states that while you have worked for this company for less than one year, you are dissatisfied with not having been promoted during that time. Please realize, all members of management have worked very hard to earn their promotions. All of our managers got where they are today by excelling in their roles, which they demonstrated through innovative thinking, high productivity, strong leadership skills, building professional relationships, and displaying positive attitudes over time. The last part of that statement--"over time"--is key, as it takes time to develop and strengthen these qualities. We urge you to set up a meeting with management to discuss your concerns. Submitting them anonymously through a public forum does not allow us the opportunity to help you, and it is not effective for anyone. We hope you will take this into consideration here and with any of your future professional endeavors. Sincerely, eDrop-Off Management

Pros

If I have to give it one star, the few good people that you meet and work beside.

Cons

In the time I have worked here, I am surprised that there aren’t more terrible reviews on this establishment with over half of the staff leaving. My criticism about the company is directed at the CEO because that’s where the problems begin. SO, weekly happy hours? That’s consists of the minimal beverages that not all employees can enjoy because they have work with customers. Monthly catered staff lunches? Those are so rare I can’t even remember when the last one was….probably because the company has no money to pay for it. Can someone tell me when these off-site parties with free gift bags happen? Because the only time I ever received one was at the 10 year reunion party. Outlining these ‘perks’ is completely offensive. Perks at any respectable company are as follows: PTO, Full Benefits, Compensation Package, and Compensation for Meeting Achievable Goals. Corri isn’t in the office long enough to listen or hear the feedback of her own employees. This unfortunately is ALL filtered through upper management, which basically consists of two people. I have expressed concerns that have gone unaddressed in my personal reviews and the monthly reports of my department. They are then deemed as unimportant. Employees that get promoted to management in the company are only done so because of the high turnover and the fact that they don’t have enough people applying for positions to fill these gaps. Therefore, your skills and knowledge are swept under the rug and totally irrelevant to how you professionally progress. During my personal reviews I have felt attacked, undermined, belittled and manipulated from Corri and upper management. I leave my meetings feeling unappreciated for all the work I have put into this company. All in all, I do not feel heard and know I am capable of more than this company has to offer me. I am actively in the process of leaving this company and do not want others to waste their time. I feel so much better. This public forum has been highly effective!

Pros

Great business model! No denying the opportunity for success is there. Edropoff prepares you for the worst because you will never work for somebody so egotistical and flat out MEAN again in your life.

Cons

McFadden believes that she invented the luxury consignment business. (Which is not true, she ripped it off of someone else) however feels this justifies -being disrespectful to her employees -treating her customers like they are peasants -maintaining a sick obsession with anybody that starts a consignment business, similarly. There is no denying her mistreatment of employees - the evidence is in the ridiculously high employee turnover. She is incapable of rewarding good behavior and is quick to attack the smallest of mistakes. Customer service only exists after the fact. Whether there is a threat to leave bad feedback, or to take business elsewhere. It's sad to see customer service have to manage all of the disgruntled customers when they are not at fault for failing to deliver what the consignment process promises.
